Kick off your retreat with a welcome dinner in our Chieftain’s Hall. Here you feast as the Vikings once did, around an open fire pit and candle lit community tables… perfect for sharing heartfelt stories and reconnecting with your team.
Align your team for the next chapter and emerge from one of our event spaces with clear goals. Our event venues offer the perfect fit for gatherings of all sizes, from intimate teams to groups of up to 150.
Go outside of your comfort zone and explore nature. In winter let the Huskies “pull” your team to explore new paths. During summer feel the rush when climbing via ferrata or trail biking down the hills.
Our outdoor spa activities feature wood-fired barrel saunas and hot tubs just steps from cold lakes to inspire you to take “the” plunge.
We take great care in preparing our gourmet meals using fresh and nutritious ingredients, always made from scratch without any shortcuts. We grow most of our fresh ingredients on our farm, source our meat from local farmers and fish from nearby lakes. We smoke and dry-age meat and fish for enhanced aromas and tenderness.
Our chefs are dedicated to combining traditional ingredients with modern tastes, and our menu changes according to the season. We pride ourselves on offering a farm-to-table dining experience that is both healthy and delicious.

We had a work event at Huso Lodge and this is a perfect place to gather without external disturbances. Great for fellowship, activities, etc. Good follow-up before the event itself, quick responses and feedback. We were looked after throughout our stay. Good local food. Recommended.

I was here for a leadership retreat and this place had everything we needed. A big sauna, a modern and nice outdoor hot tub and they even made a hole in the ice on the lake bellow the cabin for some ice bathing.
We had a corporate get away event at Viking House in Huso Lodge in January 2022. We had around 18 guests who all had a great time.
The hot tub is wood fired – so of course can take some time to heat up but we managed this every night and we were provided plenty of wood to make this easy.
The venue itself is very spacious with plenty of room for a large crowd. The kitchen is great for preparing food and the dining room perfect for a banquet. The living space is large enough for a relaxed evening.
In particular i would like to say a big thanks to the staff at Huso lodge who went the extra mile to help us on several occasions. Whether it be preparing for outdoor games, helping us with extra amenities or towing us out of a ditch when our car got stuck on the way up to the cabin – they were always on hand to help and make sure we had a great time.

We were a group of 8 people who had the pleasure of staying at Kings Cottage for two days in connection with our annual professional seminar. The cottage was beautifully situated by the water in a scenic area, was pleasant and charming with all the necessary facilities and a fireplace that created a good atmosphere. We had meeting facilities in the Farmhouse, and the short walk from Kings Cottage to the Farmhouse (about 5 minutes) was just refreshing. We also had the opportunity to take advantage of the many hiking opportunities in the area. Sara and Steffen were enthusiastic, service-minded and flexible hosts who contributed to making this a very pleasant stay in every way!
