Access and use are included in the cottage rental. Instructions on how to operate the sauna and hot tub are provided upon arrival.
Once you submit a reservation, you will receive an email with an invoice attached detailing your payment schedule. Your reservation is not confirmed until you make a 25% deposit (“1st Payment”) via bank transfer. The remaining balance (“2nd payment) is due in advance of your arrival. Specific “1st Payment” and “2nd Payment” due dates are provided in the invoice.
If you cannot make it for your booked reservation, we offer the following cancellation options based on the notice period:
Cancellation up to four weeks prior = 100% full refund or free postponement of your stay, subject to availability
Cancellation up to two weeks prior = 50% refund or postponement of your stay subject to availability and change fees
Cancellation within two weeks of your stay = no refund nor postponement option
The security deposit is charged as part of your pre-payment and is refunded within 14 days after departure once the condition of the rental unit has been assessed.
